Discova is seeking a Touring Executive in Malaysia to coordinate guide assignments, logistics, and tour operations for booked experiences. You will confirm supplier arrangements, update systems, and prepare documentation for guides and field teams while ensuring timely communications and smooth execution.

Key requirements include experience in tourism or travel operations, a relevant qualification, and strong MS Office skills. The role may involve weekends and business travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, destination management, travel operations or related field is advantageous.
• Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field desirable.
• Fluent in local language with intermediate to advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guide assignments, tour logistics, and operational requirements for bookings.
• Confirm reservations, suppliers and services and update information in systems.
• Prepare touring and transfer documentation and briefings for guides and field teams.
• Monitor changes, communicate updates, and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver customer support, handle complaints and incidents with a solution-focused approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
