Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer requirements and present solutions to close sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone, and email.
• Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect new business.
• Gather market and customer information to inform strategy.
• Negotiate price, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers.
• Record sales and booking information and forward copies to the Sandakan office.
• Provide customers with quotations and cost calculations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate client details, including F&B and accommodation.
• Respond to sales inquiries quickly by phone, fax, and email.
