Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Meticulous in vehicle inspection and document preparation.
• Basic knowledge of PSV license regulations, public transport permits, and vehicle maintenance.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for mileage and expense records.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver and vehicle travel schedules and ensure no double booking.
• Assign standby drivers and ensure drivers have adequate rest per safety guidelines.
• Inspect vehicle damage and cleanliness; manage handover and return of rental vehicles.
• Prepare and monitor pre-trip and post-trip checklists.
• Ensure licenses, PSV licenses, vehicle permits, and road tax are valid and updated.
• Monitor vehicle preventive maintenance schedules on a regular basis.
• Record mileage, diesel usage, Touch 'n Go expenses, and vehicle damage reports.

Responsible for managing vehicle and driver scheduling, monitoring fleet maintenance, and ensuring all documents and permits comply with transportation regulations for smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide driver and vehicle travel schedules and ensure no double booking

Assign standby drivers and ensure all drivers receive adequate rest according to safety guidelines

Inspect vehicle damage and cleanliness and manage the process of handover and return of rental vehicles

Prepare and monitor pre-trip and post-trip checklists

Ensure driving licenses, PSV licenses, vehicle permits, and road tax are always valid and updated

Monitor vehicle preventive maintenance schedules on a regular basis

Record mileage, diesel usage, Touch 'n Go expenses, and vehicle damage reports

About you
