• Diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, logistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, tourism, hospitality, logistics, or related industry.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support the operations team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist management in planning and implementing operational projects and initiatives.
• Oversee and manage daily office and field operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Monitor and coordinate vehicle operations, including regular vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and vehicle reports.
