• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with budget management and cost control initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule routine and preventive maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with service providers and mechanics to arrange repairs and maintenance services.
• Track and manage fleet fuel consumption, expenses and associated budgets.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to fleet operations and maintenance history.
• Assist in vehicle inspections and condition assessments.
• Support the management of fleet vehicle assignments and utilisation tracking.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in fleet operations.
• Coordinate with drivers and operational staff regarding vehicle issues and maintenance schedules.
• Generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance trends and associated metrics.
