Qualifications

• Basic IT literacy and Windows-based systems familiarity.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, test, and commission medical devices at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety tests.
• Diagnose and repair medical devices, log service records.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and user training.
• Travel to customer sites as required and manage service calls.
