Job summary

• Experience with end-to-end T&E process and data posting.
• Ability to interpret policies and resolve complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Travel & Expense Management activities accurately and on time.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Handle complex cases and policy-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.
