Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Product Specialist – Trauma in the Pahang, Malaysia territory. The role focuses on driving growth, engaging clinicians, and delivering clinical and commercial value through the Trauma portfolio.

You will build strong customer relationships and enable effective utilisation of MedTech solutions to improve patient outcomes, while aligning with territory objectives and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharma, medical devices, healthcare or related industry.
• Fresh graduates with Pharmacy background or relevant healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and customer development goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service education on Trauma portfolio.
• Serve as subject matter expert on products, applications, benefits and competitive positioning.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities and account strategies.
• Manage specialty accounts through engagement, opportunity development, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with policies and Credo values.
