Job summary

HAVI is seeking a logistics planner to coordinate SVC deliveries in Klang, Malaysia. You will plan daily routes, resolve driver issues, and ensure timely POD documentation while tracking KPI and coordinating with 3PL vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, a Diploma or SPM, and basic MS Office skills. You will work shifts, up to 6 days, often in Klang, contributing to cost-saving route optimizations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any related field.
• More than 2 years’ experience in related fields.
• Bahasa Melayu, English is an advantage.
• Experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Transportation is an advantage.
• Computer literate and basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan SVC deliveries and handle operation for assigned routes.
• Resolve daily delivery operation and drivers’ issues.
• Confirm to and execute delivery routes as planned.
• Prepare and plan daily route plan for customer delivery.
• Assist to arrange transportation for urgent delivery with outsourced vendor.
• Assist superior to achieve cost saving through transport route optimization.
• Assist superior to manage issues related to drivers (in-house/outsourced).
• Ensure POD documentation and records are submitted on time.
• Monitor KPI and service level of 3PL contractors.
• Prepare reports related to transportation services.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policy and safety.
• Any other duties as assigned; willing to work shift rotations.
• Willing to work 6 days and at Klang.

Job description

To plan SVC deliveries (SWY, NANDOS, AWY, MB, SHELL) and handle operation.

Resolve daily delivery operation and drivers’ issues.

Confirm to and execute delivery routes as planned.

Prepare and plan daily route plan for customer delivery

Assist to arrange transportation for urgent delivery with the designated outsourced transportation vendor.

Assist superior to achieve cost saving targets through optimization of transport route planning

Assist superior to manage the issues related to driver (in-house / outsources).

Ensure all POD documentation and records are intact and submitted on time

Monitor KPI and service level of 3PL contractors

Prepare report relates to transportation services

Ensure driver (in-house / outsources) comply to all the company’s policy and procedures (processes and safety)

Any other jobs as assigned by the superior

Willing to work in shift rotations.

Willing to work 6 days and at Klang.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM/Diploma in any related fields.

More than 2 years’ experience in related fields.

Bahasa Melayu, English is an advantage, Willing to work in public holidays if required.

Experience in industries of Logistics/Warehouse/Transportation should be an advantage.

Computer literate and have basic skills in Microsoft office (Word and Excel).
