Job summary

DKSH Group in Klang is seeking an Executive Transportation & Delivery to oversee daily load plans and ensure on-time fulfillment across our distribution network.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar capacity, strong organization and communication skills, and hands-on experience with warehousing, routing, and transport networks. You will work with third party transporters to meet SLA and uphold HSE policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport management to align orders with daily load plan.
• Ensure fulfillment of daily load plan according to priority.
• Coordinate with third party transporter for loading as per plan.
• Escalate delays and provide alternate plans until shipping completes as per SLA.
• Track transport performance vs plan.
• Monitor truck arrival and departure times.
• Verify transport billing.
• Ensure stock readiness for loading.
• Adhere to TMS processes, SOPs and HSE policies.
• Follow 5S and support company initiatives.

About The Role

Responsible for fulfilling daily load plan prepared by planning team.

What You Will Deliver

• Transport Management – to ensure all orders as per daily load plan committed with truck capacity.
• Ensure fulfillment of daily load plan according to priority
• Follow up closely with third party transporter to provide and execute loading as per load plan.
• Escalate any anticipated delays in truck arrival for loading to planning team for alternate plan till the order shipped out as per SLA.
• Tracking of transport performance (Plan vs Actual)
• Tracking truck arrival time and departure time vs plan
• Validation and verification of transport billing
• Ensure stock readiness for loading as per load plan.
• Compliance to TMS processes, SOP, Work Instruction and HSE policies.
• Compliance to 5S.
• Support in company initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor degree or its equivalent.
• At least 5 and above years of working experience in similar capacity.
• Computer literate, with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisation ability Strong people skills with excellent communication ability.
• Comprehension of warehousing and distribution processes and procedures Must be hands on, diligent and good real-time troubleshooting skills is a must.
• Knowledge on routing and transport network optimization.
• Customer service and impact of communicating with both internal and external customers to give accurate and timely information.
• Communications in both written and oral format.
• Responsibilities Ability to lead medium to large workforce by instruction and example Team development for efficiency and able to foster harmony work force.
