Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking an Executive - Supply Chain (Logistics & Operations) to oversee logistics activities in Malaysia, including coordinating truck maintenance for petroleum products. The role ensures timely loading, transit, and delivery, and maintains GPS reports for accuracy.

You will arrange daily transport routes, liaise with transporters, and drive process improvements to raise efficiency while maintaining strong communication with drivers and clients and meeting tight

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of truck maintenance.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Responsible for Logistics activities, including the coordination of truck maintenance for Petroleum Products in Malaysia.
• Loading, transit and delivery time are arrived timely as scheduled.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or other discipline.
• With 1 to 3 years’ relevant work experience for consideration.
• Has knowledge on truck maintenance.
• Possess tact, diplomacy and calmness, especially when dealing with tired drivers and disgruntled customers.
• Possess analytic mind and good numeracy skills.
• Possess excellent people management, coordination skills, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing to work long hours including after working hours/weekends/public holiday.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
