Job summary

RENRUI MALAYSIA SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Logistics/Transportation Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to monitor daily trucking operations, track GPS updates, ETAs and actual times, and resolve exceptions.

You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams, escalate issues, and maintain comprehensive records and reports. Proficiency in Excel and basic English is required. The role emphasizes data entry, analysis, and documentation accuracy, with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, fleet or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong Excel skills: filtering, sorting, data consolidation and basic formulas.
• Familiarity with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic English reading and writing for daily work communication.
• Willingness to work in shifts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trucking operations, including Hub-to-Hub and Hub-to-Station transportation.
• Track vehicle locations, GPS updates, ETA, and actual departure/arrival times.
• Identify and follow up on delays, route deviations, vehicle breakdowns, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with carriers, Hub operations and internal teams for timely resolution of exceptions.
• Escalate operational issues and maintain records of incidents.
• Maintain and update transportation records, shipment details, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Verify Bills of Lading, shipment records and tracking logs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly transportation performance reports.
• Use Excel to organize, analyse and summarise transportation data.
• Maintain regular communication with carriers and internal teams.

Job description

Monitor daily trucking operations, including Hub-to-Hub and Hub-to-Station transportation. Track vehicle locations, GPS updates, estimated arrival times (ETA), and actual departure and arrival times. Ensure transportation progress is updated accurately and in a timely manner. Identify and follow up on transportation delays, route deviations, vehicle breakdowns, and other operational issues. Coordinate with carriers, Hub operations, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of transportation exceptions.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily trucking operations, including Hub-to-Hub and Hub-to-Station transportation

Track vehicle locations, GPS updates, estimated arrival times (ETA), and actual departure and arrival times

Identify and follow up on transportation delays, route deviations, vehicle breakdowns, and other operational issues

Coordinate with carriers, Hub operations, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of transportation exceptions

Maintain regular communication with carriers, Hub operations teams, and internal operational departments

About you

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields

Previous experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, fleet operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain support is preferred

Good command of Microsoft Excel, including data filtering, sorting, data consolidation, and basic formulas

Familiarity with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables is an advantage

Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Basic English reading and writing skills for daily work communication and documentation

Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow up on operational issues

Willingness to work in shifts is an advantage
