Morrison Express in Klang invites a logistics professional to manage trucking coordination, quotations, and billing; you will liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, has 2+ years experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and is willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang.

Responsabilidades

• Issue billing documents and Delivery Orders accurately in CW1.
• Arrange trucking services from booking requests for timely and cost-effective arrangements.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trucking operations and service delivery.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and secure cost-effective trucking solutions.
• Follow up on trucking arrangements, including pickup, delivery, and schedule updates.

Job Responsibilities

• Issue billing documents and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately in the CW1 system.
• Arrange trucking services upon receiving booking requests from customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective arrangements.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trucking operations and service delivery.
• Liaise and meet with customers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate competitive rates, and secure cost-effective trucking solutions.
• Follow up closely on trucking arrangements, including pickup, delivery, and schedule updates, to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain designated customer reports, operational records, and commercial documentation.
• Sort, verify and issue invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely submission to customers within the required timeline.
• Check and verify vendor costs against agreed rates, identify discrepancies, and highlight any cost variances for follow-up.
• Support commercial activities, including rate comparison, cost monitoring, billing coordination, and customer account servicing.
• Ensure all operational and commercial documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.
• Support daily operational requirements and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Willing to work overtime when operational needs require.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, trucking or freight forwarding. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CW1 is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang
