Job summary

Little Caliphs International in Shah Alam is seeking a trainee HR/Training coordinator to assist in planning and coordinating both physical and online training programmes. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates with up to 1 year of related experience have an added advantage.

You will coordinate with trainers, manage training content and registrations, and support operations to ensure smooth delivery of programmes in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, Training & Development or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, administration, event coordination, Learning & Development or related field will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating physical and online training programmes.
• Coordinate with trainers for training content, materials and requirements.
• Liaise with operators regarding training registration and arrangements.
