Job summary

Little Caliphs International is seeking a Training Coordination role to plan and oversee physical and online training programmes across our campuses. The position requires coordinating trainers, registering participants, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and logistics.

The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate or have up to 1 year in training coordination, HR or learning & development, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Admin, Management, Education, Training & Development or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 year experience in training coordination, HR, admin, event coordination or L&D preferred.
• Experience coordinating physical and online training programmes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp training registration, procurement and claims is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating physical and online training programmes.
• Coordinate with trainers for content, materials and requirements.
• Liaise with operators regarding training registration and arrangements.
• Manage training logistics, scheduling and venue/online setup.
• Coordinate with Creative & Marketing for promotion and materials.
• Manage participant registration, payment and communications.
• Provide on-site/online support during sessions.
• Track attendance, feedback and training evaluations.
• Handle HRD Corp procurement, claims and documentation.
• Assist with billing, reporting and SOP compliance.
