Job summary

Little Caliphs International in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to support planning and execution of physical and online training programmes, coordinating with trainers, operators and the marketing team to ensure smooth delivery.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; those with 1 year in training coordination, HR or admin have an advantage. The role requires strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills, teamwork, independence and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business/Management/Education/Training & Development or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 year experience in training coordination, HR, admin, event coordination, Learning & Development or related field is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating physical and online training programmes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp training registration, procurement and claims is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating physical and online training programmes.
• Coordinate with trainers for training content, materials and requirements.
• Liaise with operators regarding training registration, requirements, arrangements
• Manage training logistics, scheduling and venue/online arrangements.
• Coordinate with Creative & Marketing teams for training promotion and materials.
• Manage participant registration, payment and training communication.
• Provide on-site/online support during training sessions.
• Manage attendance, feedback and training evaluation.
• Manage HRD Corp training procurement, claims and related documentation.
• Assist with billing, reporting, documentation and SOP compliance.
