Job summary

Instruments Technology (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. (INTECH) is seeking an Assistant/HR Training role to support the Human Resource Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering annual training for the whole organization.

You will evaluate program effectiveness, develop training modules, and oversee instructors and staff development while monitoring the training budget and HRDF compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs and assessing effectiveness.
• Knowledge of HRDF fund levy and its application is a plus.

Job description

Assist Human Resource Manager to prepare, conduct and announce Annual Training Plan for entire organization.

Plan, direct and co-ordinate training and development activities for the organization.

Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of the training programs.

Develop and conduct ongoing training module for staff members.

Train Instructors and Supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.

Assist Human Resource Manager in prepare and monitor training budget for whole organization.

Review and evaluate student industrial attachment program.

Facilitate training preparation and analysis of the training report.

Responsible for the compliance of training objectives.

Coordinate training placement for the new hire (Auto Lathe & Base Plate trainees).

Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs using the knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom, training, demonstration and on-the-job-training.

Confer with the management and conduct survey to identify training needs for shops and individually

Control Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) fund levy.

Control On-The-Job-Training documentation and implementation for the whole program.

In-charge of the application of training fund from HRDF.

Calculate employee training hours for HR and company KPI

Generic Responsibilities:

Approve leave application for Training Assistant.

Approve Overtime for Training Assistant.

Collaborate with Technical Institute and related bodies for student placement, new hiring , and skill certification for workers

Keep filing and updated workers Skills Matrix competency

Support in HR activities including Long Service Award, RSC and Safety

Assist in handling AX system for Purchase Order

Controlling and handling all training facilities including training, guest, and meeting room. Ensure electronic equipment including Projector, PC, Conference system in good condition

Perform any other duties as assigned.
