Job summary

Instruments Technology Johor is seeking an organized Training Coordinator to support the Human Resources team. You will assist in preparing annual training plans, coordinate development activities, and monitor program effectiveness.

The role includes budgeting, instructor evaluation, and liaison with management to identify training needs and staff development opportunities. On-the-job training and student placement coordination are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and monitoring training programs.
• Ability to evaluate instructor performance and program effectiveness.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Proficient in maintaining training records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager in preparing, conducting, and announcing annual training plans.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities.
• Evaluate instructor performance and training effectiveness.
• Develop ongoing training modules for staff.
• Train instructors and supervisors in training techniques.
• Monitor training budgets for the organization.
• Review student industrial attachment programs.
• Coordinate training placement for new hires (Auto Lathe & Base Plate trainees).
• Develop training methods using classroom, demonstration, and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate with management to identify training needs and survey results.
• Control HRDF fund levy and ensure compliance.
• Manage OJT documentation and implementation for training programs.
• Handle training fund applications from HRDF.
• Calculate employee training hours for HR and KPI reporting.
