Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Trainer to design and deliver training for our engagement center’s agents and staff, including new hire onboarding and updates on changes and releases. The role includes creating course schedules, developing manuals, and delivering sessions to ensure learners grasp concepts effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in training, strong Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), proficiency in interactive learning, and excellent Japanese

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, training development, or a similar position.
• Experience designing training activities to promote engagements.
• High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point.
• Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
• Must adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Japanese communication skills, written and orally.

The Trainer’s primary role is to be responsible for the training design and delivery of the engagement center’s agents and staff, this includes new hire training, keeping the team updated on changes and new releases, as well as additional skills. In addition, the trainer will develop course schedules and sessions and will ensure all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensibly.
