Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a bilingual Japanese and English Executive-Trainer to join our team and work directly from our premium client’s office in Brickfields, Malaysia.

You will deliver product, process, and upskill training to customer support teams handling a major food delivery project. You will onboard new hires, conduct targeted upskill sessions, monitor trainee performance, and coach for improvement while ensuring training aligns with KPIs and client

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & New Hire Training: Deliver comprehensive product, process, and system knowledge training for new hires.
• Continuous Development: Conduct targeted upskill and refresher training sessions for senior customer support staff.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing actionable feedback and coaching to bridge performance gaps based on assessment scores.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all training delivery aligns with operational standards, KPI metrics, and client expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, QA, and HR to optimize training strategies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Bilingual (Japanese & English) Executive -Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be legally employed under STARTEK but willoperate directly from our premium client’s office located at Menara 1 Sentrum, Brickfields (KLSentral), Malaysia.You will be responsible for delivering product, process, and upskill training to our customersupport teams handling a major food delivery project, ensuring the highest standards of operational quality for our Japanese-speaking market.
