Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Trainer responsible for design and delivery of training for the engagement center’s agents and staff. The role covers new hire training, keeping the team updated on changes and releases, and developing schedules and sessions to ensure comprehension of concepts.

Key duties include creating training materials, maintaining process documents, facilitating sessions, and measuring training effectiveness while promoting culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, training development, or a similar position.
• Experience designing training activities to promote engagements.
• High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point.
• Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
• Must adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Japanese communication skills, written and orally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Staff Manager and resolve all training requirement.
• Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing development plans.
• Ensure SOPs and process are compliant to last business and government updates.
• Create world class training delivery program.
• Design and maintain training course for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts.
• Facilitate training sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness and new hires quality operations delivery.
• Culture and employee engagement experience promoter.
