Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Trainer to design and deliver training for our engagement center’s agents and staff, including new hire onboarding and updates on changes and releases. The role includes creating course schedules, developing manuals, and delivering sessions to ensure learners grasp concepts effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in training, strong Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), proficiency in interactive learning, and excellent Japanese

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, training development, or a similar position.
• Experience designing training activities to promote engagements.
• High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point.
• Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
• Must adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Japanese communication skills, written and orally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Staff Manager and resolve all training requirement
• Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing development plans
• Ensure SOPs and process are compliant to last business and government updates
• Create world class training delivery program
• Design and maintain training course for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts
• Facilitate training sessions
• Measure training effectiveness and new hires quality operations delivery
• Culture and employee engagement experience promoter
