• Native Japanese required
• Experience delivering training in customer service or contact centre environments a plus
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to tailor training to different learning styles

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training programmes for Japanese-speaking representatives
• Train agents on hotels, flights, activities, and travel-related services
• Explain workflows, systems, tools, and procedures
• Develop and update training materials and resources
• Evaluate trainee knowledge and readiness for live operations
• Conduct knowledge assessments and practical exercises
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to address performance gaps
• Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Support refresher training and continuous learning initiatives
