Responsibilities

• Handle full set of export shipping documentation and prepare documents for bank negotiation (Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc).
• Ensure all shipping document releases comply with policies and procedures.
• Ensure full Letter of Credit (L/C) compliances.
• Liaise with forwarders/carriers for world-wide shipment/delivery status.
• Manage day-to-day shipping transactions for trading companies.
• Participate in AI-driven process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Functional Accountabilities:

• Handling full set of Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
• Ensure all the shipping documents release are compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure full Letter of Credit (L/C) compliances.
• Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.
• Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies.
• Involve in AI-driven process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
