Job summary

ICOF (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics/PPIC support role to manage document flow and liaise with customers and internal teams in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, contracts, coordinating cargo readiness, updating shipment schedules, coordinating with AR for outstanding payments, and ensuring timely communication with PICs in Indonesia and Singapore.
