Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Asia Regional Order Process and Shipping Coordinate Executive to back up the Sales Lead and manage quotes and trades via email and messaging. You will oversee international shipments and coordinate with internal teams to secure materials and freight, supporting forecasting for production planning.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Back up the Sales Lead, manage price quotes, discount approvals, and confirm trades with buyers via email/messaging.
• Delivery Planning: Oversee international trade deliveries and containerized shipments to ensure on-time arrival.
• Internal Coordination: Work with internal departments to secure raw materials, freight, product samples, and packaging artwork.
• Forecasting: Assist in consolidating 3-month sales volume forecasts to support production planning.

Asia Regional Order Process and Shipping Coordinate Executive

Sales Support: Act as the direct backup for the Sales Lead; manage price quotes, discount approvals, and confirm trades with buyers via email and messaging (e.g., WhatsApp).

Delivery Planning: Oversee international trade deliveries and containerized shipments for your assigned territories to ensure on-time arrival.

Internal Coordination: Work with internal departments to secure raw materials, freight, product samples, and packaging artwork.

Forecasting: Assist in consolidating 3-month sales volume forecasts to help manage mises? management with production planning.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience handling international trade and containerized shipments.
