Job summary

CB Palm Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive logistics coordinator in Selangor to support daily operations. You will handle customer inquiries, review orders, and arrange delivery, while preparing shipping documents and liaising with internal teams to meet urgent requirements.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and experience in manufacturing. Familiarity with ISO 9001 audits is a plus, and you may assist with tendering and contract documentation.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing field preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, review orders, and arrange delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents (packing list, invoice, bill).
• Coordinate with relevant departments to optimise material collection or urgent orders.
• Build and maintain good relationships with local and foreign customers.
• Assist HOD with project tendering and contract document preparations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 audits.
