Job summary

ICOF (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics/PPIC support role to manage document flow and liaise with customers and internal teams in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, contracts, coordinating cargo readiness, updating shipment schedules, coordinating with AR for outstanding payments, and ensuring timely communication with PICs in Indonesia and Singapore.

• Email the Performa Invoice and Sales Contract to customer and signed the sales contract email to the PIC in Indonesia and Singapore.
• Prepare main CI and Sub CI for every shipment.
• Liaise with PPIC on Cargo Readiness (CRD) and monitor CRD/shipment planning at OCL report.
• Send the Shipment Schedule to customer and update the status to PIC of Singapore.
• Send draft document for customer verification and update courier detail to customer.
