Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Trade Finance Analyst to review trade claims and supporting documents for validity, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and approved promotional rebates.

You will investigate excess claim reasons, compile justification for management review, maintain a claims tracker in Share Point, post valid claims in Exceedra, and participate in monthly reconciliations with the Trade Sales team and distributors.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing trade claims and validating against contractual terms.

Responsibilities

• Review trade claims and supporting documents to verify claim validity including validation against contractual terms, approved promotional rebates and other company guidelines
• Investigate reasons for any claims exceeding Exceedra approval and collate necessary justification / supporting documents for management review and approval
• Ensure claims are entered into trade claims tracker with no duplication and all documents are saved on Share Point
• Post all valid claims in Exceedra
• Monthly meetings with Trade Sales team and / or distributors to review and reconcile distributor Statement of Accounts with pending claims
• Partner with Trade Sales team in finalizing quarterly reconciliation of pending claims and support the finalization of quarterly customer confirmation
