Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd is seeking a skilled Finance/Accounts professional to manage trade claims from vendors and perform month-end close tasks. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The incumbent will coordinate with branches and the marketing team on trade claim matters and support general accounting processes. Training provided; growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience.
• Proficient in computerized accounting software, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Managing trade claims from vendors including tracking, reconciliation, document compilation and filing.
• Ensure timely submission of month-end and year-end reports.
• Liaise with branches and marketing for trade claim matters.
• Experience in inter-branch accounting transactions is an added advantage.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
