Job summary

Hong Leong Assurance Berhad (HLA) invites a diligent Finance professional to manage Trade Payments. You will perform payments to customers and agents on defined cycles, attend payment queries from Operations and customers, and monitor clearance of payments.

This role also covers preparation of Unclaimed Money Letters and contributing to system enhancements and process improvements for Trade Payment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• 2–3 years working experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform payment to Customers & Agents on pre-defined time cycles.
• Attend Trade payment queries and requests from Operations Team and customers.
• Monitor and follow up with Operations Team on clearance of payment due to customers.
• Preparation of Unclaimed Money Letter requested by customers.
• Involve in system enhancement & process improvement for Trade Payment.

Education
