Key Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage import/export documentation and shipping‑related paperwork
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders
• Review Bills of Lading (BL) and support trade documentation requirements
• Coordinate insurance certificates and shipment documentation where required
• Collect and manage original shipping documents from suppliers
• Maintain documentation records in SAP for compliance and audit purposes
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Contribute to service excellence by supporting delivery reliability and operational KPIs across regional markets

Qualifications
