Exotravel in Malaysia is looking for an individual to manage the Tourplan system. This role involves ensuring all system settings are correct and maintained consistently. You will oversee database management, coordinate with various departments, and provide training on the system.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and possesses strong computing skills, with prior experience in TOURPLAN software being advantageous. We value precise, detailed professionals who can work well with our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong computing skills; experience using TOURPLAN software is an advantage.
• Experience in software system management is an advantage.
• General knowledge about Travel Business and tourism.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Be precise, detailed and systematic.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Tourplan Manager and General Manager.
• Coordinate with reservations, operations, and accounting departments.
• Supervise database maintenance with contracts from suppliers.
• Maintain Tourplan System and ensure bugs are repaired quickly.
• Provide Tourplan training to related staffs.
