Job summary

Forever Travel Service Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Tour Executive to plan, coordinate and manage domestic and international tour arrangements.

You will prepare itineraries, quotations and travel packages, and liaise with hotels, airlines, and partners to deliver seamless travel experiences. The role requires excellent communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Penang Hokkien a bonus), strong organisation, and an ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus Penang Hokkien a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in travel and tourism is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage domestic and international tour arrangements.
• Prepare tour itineraries, quotations and travel packages.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators and overseas partners.
• Handle tour bookings, reservations and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with tour leaders and ensure smooth tour operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
