Job summary

EXO Travel Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operations professional to manage daily inbound tour activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate reservations staff outputs, guide and driver assignments, and supplier bookings to ensure seamless travel experiences.

This role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and proactive problem solving, with collaboration across Tourplan, Finance, and Product teams to uphold EXO standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for inbound tours and ensure smooth execution.
• Book services with suppliers for activities, restaurants and vehicles.
• Check and assign jobs to tour guides, drivers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with airport reps to ensure welcome notes are delivered.
• Maintain guides lists, menus, costs, and entrance fees.
