Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is hiring a Tour Operations Executive (Penang Region) to oversee end-to-end tour operations for our B2B partners in Malaysia. This full-time on-site role focuses on coordinating with overseas DMCs, cruise lines, air tickets, and ground arrangements to ensure high-quality services.

The successful candidate will manage itineraries, costings, and documentation, while educating partners on products and destinations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel coordination, preferably B2B.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and tour management systems.
• High attention to detail, especially with travel documents and bookings.
• Familiarity with the travel industry and B2B tour operations is a plus.
• Professional and confident in dealing with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Good problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges smoothly.
• Able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
• Fresh graduates with growth mindset are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deal with overseas DMC, accommodation or cruise line principal.
• Assist in making bookings in cruise line booking engines; or other duties as assigned.
• Assist in all aspects of tour operations including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements.
• Assist in flight bookings through GDS systems (Travelport, Sabre and Amadeus).
• Compile and maintain records of business transactions and filings.
• Record orders for all related tour services.
• Provide full support for tour packages sales and departures.
• Educate customers and partners on products and destination knowledge; provide customer support.
• Participate in field work, including airport duties and travel fairs.

The Tour Operations Executive (Penang Region) will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end process of tour operations, ensuring smooth execution, and delivering high-quality services to our B2B partners.

This is a full-time on-site role at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Salary Range: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00

Responsibility

• To deal with the overseas DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle;
• To assist in making booking in cruise line booking engine; OR
• To assist in all aspect of tour operations; including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities; OR
• To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber and Amadeus)
• To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed;
• Recording orders for all related tour services;
• To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures;
• To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support;
• To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs.

General Support: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed by Management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel coordination, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
