Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Tour Operations Executive to oversee the end-to-end tour operations process for our B2B partners, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service.

This full-time, on-site role requires a diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business, at least 2 years in tour operations, strong organization, English and Malay language skills, and proficiency with MS Office and travel booking systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business (or related field).
• At least 2 years of tour operations or travel coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and tour management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tour operations for B2B partners.
• Assist in itinerary planning, costings, and air ticketing.
• Liaise with overseas DMCs, accommodations, and cruise lines.
• Maintain records of bookings and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide customer and partner support and handle travel fairs.
