You will manage bookings, negotiate rates, and coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport providers. This role demands strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to own end-to-end procurement through execution.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin a plus.
• 2+ years in travel product or related field with proven delivery of tours.
• Able to lead a team and coordinate with suppliers to meet service standards.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.

The Tour Operations & Procurement Manager oversees supplier sourcing, tour bookings, and operational execution, ensuring all tours are confirmed accurately, on time, and delivered to standard. This role leads the operations team and works closely with suppliers to secure reliable service, competitive rates, and smooth tour delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and ground suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, and commercial terms while ensuring service quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve operational or service issues promptly.
• Oversee flight, hotel, transportation, and ground service bookings for group, private, and incentive tours.
• Ensure availability, accuracy, and completeness of all tour arrangements.
• Manage booking deadlines, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and risk exposure.
• Lead and coordinate the operations team to ensure timely execution and clear task ownership.
• Establish and enforce operational SOPs to ensure consistency and accountability.

• Is adaptable and solutions-focused –Handles changing availability, supplier issues, and last-minute challenges calmly and effectively.
• Communicates clearly and confidently –Works seamlessly with suppliers, sales teams, and internal operations team.
• Shows leadership and initiative –Proactively improves processes, strengthens supplier relationships, and leads the operations team with clarity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in travel product related field.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English, Mandarin is a plus).
