Flextronics - The Flex Company seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards for SEA, based in Prai, Penang, to design and govern compensation and benefits programs that align with business strategy and attract top talent.

You will lead market benchmarking, governance of salary structures, and executive-facing compensation with strong analytics and cross-site collaboration across the region.

If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. **General Purpose:**Develop, improve, and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with Business strategies and ensure the total rewards programs can attract and retain the required talents in the market at all levels. Investigate total rewards related issues and propose solutions in a proactive and creative approach. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager of SEA located in Prai, Penang. **What a typical day looks like:*** Design and deliver a multi-pronged Total Rewards (TR) communication strategy that will enable effective application of existing TR tools and processes across the organization.* Design initiatives that will strengthen the effectiveness of total rewards programs in driving performance, attraction, engagement, and retention of the workforce.* Provide functional leadership in Total Rewards to a composite team working to deliver HR strategy and support business success.* Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.* Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills.* Judgment, initiative, and tenacity demonstrated in an environment of rapid change.* Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied by cultural sensitivity.
