Job summary
Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager SEA, based in Prai, Penang. The role will guide total rewards strategy as Flex spins off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into Axiom, shaping compensation for a new independent company focused on AI data centers and critical digital infrastructure.
The incumbent will design, lead, and govern TR programs, leverage market data, and partner with regional HR teams and Finance to drive performance,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
- 10+ years of professional management/direction experience in compensation and benefits in MNCs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Total Rewards strategies to attract, engage and retain talent.
- Lead TR programs, governance and data analytics to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance, HRBPs and regional teams to implement compensation policies.
- Provide executive-facing compensation presentations and market benchmarking insights.
- Ensure data privacy and compliant governance across TR activities.
