Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
- Typically 10+ years of professional management/direction experience, specializing in compensation and benefits in MNC.
- Strong data analytics and financial acumen needed to run market surveys and compensation modeling.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on job evaluation and grading, salary structure governance, and annual merit processes.
- Perform market benchmarking and survey participation to inform compensation decisions.
- Provide executive-facing compensation presentations and governance across the function and regions.
- Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and country HR teams to manage total rewards strategy and governance.
