Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Typically 10+ years of management/direction experience in compensation and benefits for MNCs.
• Strong data analytics, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a multi-pronged Total Rewards communication strategy across the organization.
• Strengthen total rewards programs to drive performance, attraction, engagement, and retention.
