You will conduct product demonstrations, coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, respond to inquiries, travel to customer sites as required, and support after-sales activities. This role offers a hybrid office setup and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions in CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot common product issues.
