Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote toner products and related solutions. You will work with the Sales and Marketing team and engage with customers to identify opportunities and solve problems hands-on.

Responsibilities include developing customer accounts, preparing quotations, coordinating with shipping, and providing pre- and post-sales support while tracking feedback and product performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from recognized tertiary institutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Autocount is advantageous.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell toner products and related solutions to existing and prospective customers within the Toner Sales segment.
• Develop, manage, and service customer accounts in allocated territories and new areas.
• Collaborate with technical departments to drive business development with current and new accounts.
