Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing IT System Integrator team. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, and promote our range of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, security, and professional services.

You will work closely with our technical team and technology partners to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales experience in IT, SI, technology, or B2B is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong IT sales interest are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Willing to travel; driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell IT solutions, products, and services across servers, networking, security, and managed services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and opportunities until closure.
• Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product briefings.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewal opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
