Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a sales professional to drive growth by identifying opportunities and building strong customer relationships across commercial and enterprise customers. You will promote professional printing solutions and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, aligning solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities include demonstrations, proposals, and cross-functional coordination to deliver workflow optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, marketing, management or related field.
• Sales experience preferred; office automation/ICT printing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prospect and generate new business to expand market share and revenue.
• Promote production print solutions, document management systems and related services.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposals, quotations, negotiation, closing and payment collection.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable printing solutions and workflows.
• Conduct product demos and solution workshops to showcase capabilities and benefits.
• Prepare customized proposals and business cases to support decisions.
• Build long-term relationships for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide pre-sales consultation and coordinate post-sales support with relevant departments.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline, forecasts and activity reports.
