Job summary

Jadi Imaging Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic business development professional to strategize and execute growth plans in the toner and related solutions space.

The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and hands-on problem solving to meet sales targets. You will develop and service customer accounts across allocated territories, engage with technical teams, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from recognized tertiary institutions.
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience in paint and coating, adhesive, waterproofing, and relevant industry, with exposure to emulsion polymer products.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite. And Experience in using Autocount would be advantageous.
• Excellent time management and organization skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and in handling multiple tasks.
• Highly motivated in taking initiatives and follow up with details at minimum supervision.
• Good team player and communicator.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of toner products and related solutions to existing and prospective customers, achieving sales targets within the Toner Sales segment.
• Develop, manage, and service customer accounts in allocated territories and new potential areas.
• Collaborate with the company’s technical departments to drive business development with existing and new customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with shipping to ensure smooth order processing.
• Track customer feedback and analyze product performance to provide recommendations and solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales service support including product consultancy and problem resolution.
• Coordinate and organize meetings internally and externally to achieve objectives.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.

Job description

The responsibility is strategizing business development plans and executing on them with the rest of the Sales and Marketing team. Therefore, you will be working closely with various stakeholders within the company and externally with the customers with the exposure of being hands-on in problem solving activities.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for promoting and selling a range of toner products and related solutions to existing and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets within the Toner Sales segment.
• Responsible for developing, managing, and servicing customer accounts in allocated territories and new potential areas.
• Collaborate closely within company’s technical departments to drive successful business development with existing and new customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with company’s shipping departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Track customers’ feedback, monitor and analyze product performance and usage while providing appropriate recommendation and solution where necessary.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales service support including product consultancy and problem resolution.
• Coordinate and organize meetings internally and externally to achieve the above objectives.
• Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
