Mitra Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing professional for our Reservation & Ticketing Division in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle ticketing, reservations, and travel document issuance while delivering excellent customer service to clients and partners.

The role requires a Diploma with 2–3 years in ticketing, strong GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre), and knowledge of airline procedures and travel regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2–3 years in ticketing and reservations.
• Proficiency with GDS: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, international travel regulations.
• Strong attention to detail for complex bookings.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in booking and reservation systems.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or Malay helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle ticketing inquiries: issuance, reissuance, refunds for individuals and groups.
• Provide travel information: itineraries, travel insurance, and other details.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality objectives.
• Serve as liaison for emergency contact line and coordination of emergency calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
