Job summary

TASKAL RESOURCES is seeking a travel ticketing specialist to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will respond to customer inquiries in English, assist with flight changes, reissuance, refunds, and hotel bookings, and advise on best fare options and routes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of corporate or leisure ticketing experience, proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), and strong communication skills. Knowledge of booking systems and attention to detail are essential.

Job description

Working hours: 8 hours working + 1 hour lunch
Business Days: Monday - Sunday (5 working days, 2 days off)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in English.
• Assists customer with related to flight changes, reissuance, refunds, and hotel reservations.
• Advice on best fare options, routes, and travel policies
• Provide accurate information according to customer concerns.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes or special requests
• Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Are you a MATCH?

• Malaysia Citizen
• A minimum of two to three years of experience in corporate or leisure ticketing
• Proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is require.
• Experience in manual ticket reissuance is considered an advantage
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and address customer needs
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and working knowledge of booking systems
• Confident in emergency ticketing support
• Prior experience in travel agency is an advantage
