Job summary

Only World Group operates Malaysia’s largest water theme park chain, offering family entertainment and F&B outlets. This role involves delivering friendly service, monitoring pool areas for safety, and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces for visitors of all ages.

Candidates should have at least an SPM qualification, be able to communicate in Malay and English, know how to swim, and be comfortable working outdoors and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must know how to swim and be comfortable in deep water environments.
• Basic conversational ability in Bahasa Malaysia and English to communicate with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Outdoor, sunny and warm weather work conditions.
• Strong service mindset and patient interaction with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
• Actively monitor pool areas, slides and water attractions for guest safety and adherence to park rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pool surrounds, seating, pathways and common areas.
• Process POS transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, assist guests at check-in or service counters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support site management to ensure smooth daily operations.
